No one knew when the orange-and-white cat had learned to give massages.

All anyone saw was a fluffy white dog lying comfortably on a soft rug in the living room, his eyes half-closed as though he had just survived an extremely exhausting day.

Even though his biggest achievements that morning had been eating breakfast, walking around the house twice, and taking a long nap.

The dog was about to fall asleep again when the cat quietly approached.

It stared at its friend’s fluffy back for a moment.

Then, without warning, it jumped on.

The dog slowly opened one eye.

His expression seemed to ask,

“What exactly are you doing up there?”

But the cat offered no explanation.

Instead, it sat upright, placed both front paws on the dog’s head, and began pressing gently.

First the left side.

Then the right.

Then a careful little forehead massage, performed with the confidence of a professional with years of experience.

At first, the dog looked slightly confused.

But only a few seconds later, his eyes slowly closed.

His face became completely relaxed.

His tail began softly wagging against the rug, silently giving the service a five-star review.

Encouraged by the satisfied customer, the cat worked even harder.

It gently massaged both sides of the dog’s face, pressed around his fluffy head, and occasionally leaned down to rub its cheek against him.

It looked like a dedicated employee offering both massage therapy and emotional support.

“Just relax.”

“I’ll take care of all the stress caused by sleeping too much today.”

The dog remained perfectly still, enjoying every second.

His ears relaxed.

His mouth formed a tiny, satisfied smile.

He looked so peaceful that he seemed to have forgotten one important detail.

His massage therapist was a cat with absolutely no professional license.

After a few minutes, the cat paused and looked down at its customer.

The dog kept his eyes closed while his tail continued wagging gently.

The massage appeared to be over.

But the customer clearly had no intention of getting up.

Perhaps he was waiting for the complimentary shampoo service.

Or maybe he was simply hoping the tiny massage expert would continue working for free.

That day, the cat became more than the dog’s best friend.

It also became his personal massage therapist, emotional-support specialist, and the warmest purring blanket in the house.

In return, the cat did not ask for money.

It only wanted a comfortable place to sleep beside its fluffy friend…

And perhaps one serving of fish for every appointment.
